On this level you will also find one of the two king master bedrooms, with a gas fireplace, ensuite with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and walk-in dressing room. The master bedroom on this level also provides direct access to a private outdoor hot tub.
The upper level has a relaxation / games area with a pool table and foosball table, as well as 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
