“We booked this chalet for 5 days / 4 nights in May for two people. The check in was super easy, we had contact with the host via whatsapp and they were super flexibel for our arrival. The property is very big, with a parking spot and an amazing private pool. We visited Soller a few times cause its only a 15min drive. Our stay was amazing, we really enjoyed it and will definitely come back for more. ”

“This was our second stay here as we loved it so much last year that we booked again. The views are breathtaking from the terrace and the pool area. The separate master suite on a lower level works for us travelling with our adult children. The property is immaculate and comfortable and I’m sure we’ll be back!”

“When booking our holiday I searched through, what felt like, every villa in the north of Mallorca. This one stood out and I ended up comparing all the others to it, none of which came close in terms of space, privacy, layout, location and facilities. On arrival, we knew instantly that we made the right decision. I’d go as far as to say that the photos, as beautiful as they are, don’t fully do it justice. Everything is perfect, there’s no other way to put it. Immaculately clean, incredible……

“Large house with plenty of space for our entire team. Each floor is a mini housing space (separate bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, etc.) with a sizable lawn for everyone to come together outside. Everything was clean. Kitchens had basics, but nothing fancy. Location is great for walking into town. Would return! ”

“The property was lovely - an upstairs apartment with empty rooms below. When we arrived we were disappointed to find no water left in the fridge as most properties do given the 25 min journey to a supermarket in Inca but would recommend going to Pollensa instead. The view was gorgeous. The showers were good but mine leaked. There is no hot tub as advertised. Not easy finding rubbish bins unless in Pollensa I was a tad annoyed at being charged 80 euros for house cleaning - we left the place tidy……

“Our group came to Mallorca for a climbing trip and we wanted a nice place to relax in the evenings with good communal areas. This house exceeded all of our expectations - such a lovely homely feel to the house, with tonnes of space to entertain. The outside area is so lovely and tranquil, with pomegranate trees and surrounding lemons and limes. “Das Haus ist schöner als auf den Fotos dargestellt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - alles was man benötigt ist im Haus zu finden.
Unserseits gibt es kleine Anmerkungen, die Matratzen könnten mal getauscht werden, neue liegen für den Pool und einen Pool Kühlschrank in der Garage ☺️

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating:
1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful.
2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport.
3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted.
4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys.
5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room.
6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough.
7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front)
8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
