「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「A lovely place to spend a day or two 」

「The owner checked us in and was friendly to let us leave our backpacks on the day we checked out. The owner's mom who lives in the ground floor of the building was also friendly and spoke some English. The shared bathrooms were clean and not too small. There was 1 bathroom on each floor shared by 3-4 rooms which was not a problem for us. Wifi didn't work for me but my partner, which was ok for me as I had data. The building is 3 mins walk from town center, in a lovely block. Easy to get around...

「This was the best stay of our whole trip! The space was tastefully decorated, the rooms were spacious and clean, and even the towels smelled really good! Complimentary tea, muffins, and water in branded glass bottles were provided, which was a nice touch. There was also a great variety of breakfast options (including freshly squeezed orange juice).
