The location is good—peaceful, yet close to shops, restaurants, and all the main sights. Manage, Mr. Ivan, was an exceptional host: warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond. He made check-in easy. We felt right at home. Highly recommended—we’d love to stay here again on our next visit to Tbilisi!"

The photos shown belong to a different hotel, and at the listed address there was another hotel under a different name with no record of my reservation. I had to contact Expedia to report the issue and arrange a refund, then quickly find another place to stay on arrival. It was a stressful experience, especially as I was traveling with a child and arrived late at night with no accommodation. Expedia should improve their verification...
