Welcome to a charming holiday home located in scenic Sölvesborg, only 250 meters from the sea and with a view of the coast. Here you will live in a well-equipped house of 100 m² with a generous plot of 2500 m², perfect for both relaxation and family activities.
The house can accommodate up to eight guests – six adults and two children – and has one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with bunk beds and a sofa bed for two people, as well as two lofts with a single bed in each.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Outdoors, the house offers a spacious terrace of 20 m², a garden with furniture and three parking spaces. The distance to the nearest town, shop and restaurant is about 4 km, and to Malmö Airport it is 146 km
Activities in the area
With only 250 meters to the sea, there are good opportunities for both swimming and fishing. The nearby sandy beach is perfect for sunbathing and playing during the summer. For those who like outdoor activities, there are nice walking areas and opportunities for cycling and hiking along the coast.
Mjällby, which is about 4 km away, offers shops, restaurants and services. Here you can also experience the local football culture or explore the small town's offerings.
Sölvesborg city center, a short drive away, offers charming cafes, small shops and the well-known Sölvesborg Bridge - Europe's longest pedestrian and bicycle bridge.
For excursions a little further afield, there is beautiful Ivö with its nature, as well as opportunities to get to larger cities such as Karlshamn or Kristianstad for shopping, culture and restaurants.
Golf courses, nature reserves and picturesque small fishing villages in the area make your stay varied and interesting, regardless of whether you are looking for relaxation or activity.
