as for the cleaning, i have used a treatment called permasafe it is a permanent antimicrobial - that alone per fda kills viruses as effective as lysol wipes etc.. permasafe is on all surfaces, furniture, touch points, hvac filter, remotes etc. also we us an ozonator on all rooms after the guest leaves. after cleaning with vinegar water mixture, we spray everything down with alcohol. there is, hand soap provided for each renter. the hot tub water is flushed and treated with chlorine shock. the pool is shocked chemically every time a new renter arrives. In our cleaning process all dishes, silverware and glasses and cups are washed on sanitize in the dishwasher.
