「The room was ok, but the bathroom smelled like urine. It would not dissipate even with the door left open. I didn't try to change rooms as the hotel was sold out. The staff didn't seem to be that concerned when it was mentioned, but said they would pass the message on to housekeeping. I would have preferred to have stayed closer to Denison University, but those hotels were also sold out.」

Shower was clean and spacious!! We had a kitchen in our suite that was immaculate!! And the staff was so amazing! We will be rebooking when we return!!」
