Das Häuschen selbst ist eine gute Basis, benötigt aber noch einige Aufmerksamkeit in Bezug auf die Wartung. Erstens war die Bar schlecht gereinigt (Kinderhemd zwischen 2 Betten, Medikamente in einem Nachttisch, abgenutzte Socken über den Rauchmeldern, kaputte Ofenlampe, Kühlschrank das lässt alles auf niedrigster Stufe eiskalt, Bad ohne Duschvorhang und keine Möglichkeit den Sprinkler aufzuhängen) Also Gesamteindruck: 3 Wochen Einnahmen aus der Hütte aufwenden, um einige Dinge zu warten, aufzurüsten und zu reinigen.
