Sehr schöne Finca - Homerti ungenügend

Die Finca ist ein altes und etwas verwinkeltes Gebäude, welches sehr gepflegt ist und liebevoll in Stand gehalten wird. Das Haus liegt (wie gewünscht) recht abgeschieden, doch in gut erreichbarer Entfernung von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und Restaurants. Ein Wermutstropfen ist, dass es mehrfache Ausfälle der Wasserversorgung gab (inkl. Duschen und Toilettenspülkästen), einmal fast einen ganzen Tag am Stück. Das ist in einem alleinstehenden Haus bei 35°C keine Marginalie. Wenn man fast 500 Euro pro Tag zahlt, würde man sich neben einer schnellen Problembehebung eine adäquate Reaktion der Agentur Homerti wünschen. Diese nehmen zwar das Problem entgegen und leiten es weiter. Bei der o.a. Dauer ist eine Mietpreisminderung bzw. teilweise Rückerstattung für die betroffenen Tage u. E. angemessen. Dies wurde zunächst per Mail in Aussicht gestellt, nach Ende des Urlaubs werden jedoch alle Rückfragen diesbezüglich einfach ignoriert und nicht beantwortet. Fazit: Finca an sich sehr schön, Homerti geht gar nicht und nie wieder. Völlig unangemessen!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist alles gut und schnell erreichbar. Man fühlt sich sofort zuhause und es mangelt an nichts - Küchenutensilien, Sport/Spiel/Spaß und Handtücher waren in Hülle und Fülle vorhanden. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. Everything was clean and exactly as the photos depict. Miguel was very welcoming and we felt instantly right at home. We loved that we were away from the hustle and bustle of the busy beaches and spent hours lazing by the pool and using the facilities like the ping pong table, basketball hoop & football net. Every day we headed out to a different beach, Costa del Pins and Canyamel being our favourites. We would definitely like to return one day.
