"The Gaige House has beautiful grounds and offers excellent amenities and a wonderful breakfast. However, our stay had significant drawbacks. One staff member treated us disrespectfully and was quite condescending. The bed frame was flimsy and low-quality. comparable to inexpensive student furniture. While the property itself is lovely, these issues prevented us from having a fully enjoyable experience."

"The staff were very unhappy and expressed being bought by Hilton a big corporation. There is no breakfast offered only an Americano coffee. You must purchase tea. The pool, jacuzzi and steam room were nice. The rooms have heat and ac that must be controlled on the machine not on the room thermostat and the machine makes the sound of a jet engine. "
