Our family of 6 adults and 2 children had a wonderful stay at Carmela Apartment. The four bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms gave everyone privacy. The living room and kitchen space was comfortable and the balcony’s around the apartment were lovely to have coffee on. The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the main square. There is a wonderful bakery just across the street and a supermarket a block away. I highly recommend this home and look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful stay for a large family group.We arrived 3 hours later than expected due to late flights, but Giusy was very welcoming and helpful There was no electric kettle but asked Giusy and there was a brand new one in the kitchen the following afternoon. Giusy also helped us organize a guided Amalfi Coast day trip for our party of 8 to see Positano and a lunch with a fantastic view in Ravello.

Sorrento trip

Great location close to the centre of Sorrento and way walk to the shops and restaurants. The flat was spacious and generally well equipped. Hot water was an issue in one of the bathrooms and some of the kitchen utensils were not that clean.

Incredible location and property

This apartment fit our needs spectacularly. We had 9 adults, 4 couples and 1 solo. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the many porches allowed to take in the beautiful views. The short walk to the shops was safe and easy. We would definitely come back to this property again. Thank you so much!

Pleasant apartment in good location

The apartment is clean and as it is in the photos. Check in was easy and clear. Tommaso was very easy to get hold of and fast/clear in his responses. It's excellently located for easy walking into the heart of Sorrento. 2 minutes walk to the city walls. 10 minutes walk to station. The overall complex is a little tired but so is much of Italy and it wasn't a problem. We had a power cut and an issue with the boiler that stopped the hot water but we were able to fix both ourselves. We booked the apartment specifically for the use of the shared swimming pool but only after booking did we realise the pool is only available for the summer months. That's our fault for not seeing the detail in the listing but worth knowing. Overall a nice stay with only minor issues.

Great location

We are a family of 8 ranging from 14 to 77 years old. This apartment was great for us as we had plenty of space. Our check-in process was a problem only because some roads were closed due to it being Dec. 26 which was a festival in Sorrento. Saying that, it was worked out and we were able to do a self-checkin and then Giusy came by later when roads were open to make sure all was fine. After Giusy left, we did discover we had no hot water. We called her and she told us what to try. Unfortunately, that did not work, but she had someone come over first thing in the morning and they were able to fix it. We appreciated her timely help in getting it fixed. We loved the location, close to the center of historical Sorrento, close to a grocery store and to many restaurants. The only negative is that there was a lot of street noise in the one bedroom, however, there are many more positives about this apartment so I would not hesitate to book it again. Amore Rentals also helped us arrange a private chef and a farm experience. Both were great and we highly recommend doing them.
