From here, both the Amalfi Coast and the Sorrento side are easily accessible, while Sorrento is only about 20 minutes away by car, perfect for ferries to Capri, shopping, and rail connections to Pompeii. This makes the villa an excellent base for guests who prefer a peaceful setting without sacrificing convenience.



The interiors (approx. 150 m²) are bright and welcoming, featuring traditional Amalfi Coast elements such as ceramic floors and classic furnishings. The main living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor, while the bedroom layout ensures comfort and privacy even for larger groups.



Access to the villa is via a narrow access road, suitable for vehicles up to an 8-seater minivan (a smaller car is recommended), followed by 20 steps to the main entrance. A separate flight of stairs leads down to the garden and the lower-floor bedrooms, which are accessed directly from outside.
