The airy and welcoming Living and Dining Room is ideal for spending time with your family and features a comfortable Double Sofa Bed, paintings, and a Large Screen TV. The Dining Area is complete with a Modern and clean fully equipped kitchen including an Oven, Fridge, Coffee Machine, Toaster, and Boiler and has all the utensils for cooking a typical Italian dinner. It is equipped with a Dining Table overlooking the iconic view of the Gulf of Sorrento.



Garden:

The garden is complete with one of the most beautiful views of the entire Peninsula, which is one of the strengths of the apartment, together with the jacuzzi and the relaxation area shared with the owners, where you can comfortably read a book and relax with a glass of wine.



Guest Access

During your stay you will have exclusive use of the apartment, the jacuzzi and the rear garden; the garden, the lemon grove and the parking area are shared with the owners. To access the villa it will be necessary to take a narrow road, therefore we recommend using small / medium-sized cars.

Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:



• City Tax: 4€ per adult, per night

• Late check in fee: 50€ (from 7pm to midnight)



Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
