Charming house with pool ideally located halfway between Porto-Vecchio, Figari and Bonifacio to explore southern Corsica, in a peaceful hamlet of Sotta. Independent, on a 1500 m2 lot, offers a welcoming and practical setting with modern amenities including 3 air-conditioned rooms, 2 showers, a large living space, and a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen for family or friends to gather.
The house has a comfortable and well-equipped modern living room, as well as 2 bedrooms with king size beds ( 160 X 200 ), the 3rd bedroom also has 2 single beds of 90 x 200 that can be brought together to form a queen size bed. You will also find 2 identical travertine stone bathrooms, each equipped with rain showers. The outdoor space includes a beautiful covered terrace with a summer kitchen and a gas grill for pleasant meals, as well as a 3.5 m x 7 m salt water pool with a wooden deck and sun loungers to make the most of your stay. You can also relax in the dedicated summer lounge area while admiring the beautiful open view of the valley.
The house, with a swimming pool , is located on a large 1500m2 plot of land that is entirely private and at your disposal. You will be able to park safely on the ground thanks to the ample parking space, suitable for several cars and motorcycles. Access to the land is facilitated by an automatic gate, for which you will receive a remote control with the keys to the house.
You will have a beautiful outdoor area on a dedicated 1500 sqm land, with a pool and its wooden beach. Summer lounge and sunbeds are available as well as a covered terrace with a large table, outdoor kitchen and gas grill.
The pool is currently under construction and is expected to be finished on March 2023. It features a reinforced liner and is salt-treated, with the option for heating and an automatic roller shutter.
Paid additional services are available to you, such as morning breakfast delivery, intermediate cleaning with sheet and towel change and the option of having groceries delivered for your arrival.
