Comfort and well-being in peace to offer a timeless moment when nature surrounds you. A large swimming pool and spa are reserved for you, as is the garden with lounge and outdoor kitchen.
The beach by the river is 500 m away and a leisure center 15 minutes by car.
Your apartment with your private entrance is air conditioned and has a living room, two very large bedrooms with 160 cm beds, two bathrooms, all household appliances and a superb view of the valley and its sunset.
Toys of all ages, playstation, TV, DVD, etc. are available.
Hikes along the Loir from the house.
Enjoy the spa, sit in the garden furniture reserved for you, for an aperitif or a plancha, dive in the pool, have a spa or a game of table tennis.
The village is 300 m away with a Carrefour Contact and all the amenities.

Probably the best holiday rental we’ve ever stayed in. A real home from home. Hot tub/jacuzzi perfect, swimming pool perfect. Very private and very comfortable. We made full use of the outside kitchen. A very well equipped property. Our hosts were wonderful, we had problems with our car on the drive to the accommodation and they were fantastic helping us communicate with the garage. Nothing was too much trouble. Very informative with suggestions of places to visit and restaurants to try. Thank you for making our holiday very special.

Creative house with very nice outdoor area

This is a very special house with all sorts of creative nooks and crannies. We enjoyed the outdoor area where you can sit and cook very much. The jacuzzi and pool are amazing and a very big plus. The owners are very friendly and offer a lot of tips. The house is part of their property, but through clever landscaping it feels very private. The area is lovely and we would highly recommend guinguettes like Le Kiviv adn Jojo for a lovely bite to eat on the riverbank. If you have kids make sure to visit Puy du Fou.

Très satisfait de notre séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La location était très propre, "cocooning", agréable et parfaitement équipée. Idéale pour passer un moment tranquille en famille. L'accueil et le suivi sont excellents, Beaucoup de visites aux alentours (Loire, Angers, zoo, resto, rando...). La piscine et le Spa sont un réél plus. Nous n'hésiterons pas à renouveler notre séjour.

Gite cocooning à souhait avec des espaces extérieurs bien aménagés et décorés de manière originale. Des propriétaires accueillants. On s est vite sentis chez nous. Et de surcroît gite idealement situé pour faire plein de visites et de balades sans faire plus d une demi heure de route. Je recommande vivement. Le lieu est au calme en bout de lotissement. Bref un super séjour! Cerise sur le gâteau, le spa et la piscine super agréables

A restful, peaceful break

The property has a quirky layout as the main living accommodation is on the 1st floor, and use of garden/hot-tub/pool and outside lounge/dining below. So there's lots of going up and down the stairs. The owners live directly underneath which was a surprise, as the main house photo gives the impression that you have the whole building. Also the bathrooms are not en-suite, and there is only 1 toilet. That said we enjoyed our stay, owners were friendly and discreet, and we were very grateful for the air-con in the rooms as it was so hot! I think the property may have suffered since lockdown as it was a little tired in places, and some instructions in English would've been helpful (assuming they get other visitors from the UK). Finally if you like lots of trinkets and nik-naks around the place then this is the place for you.

Gezellig huis met alle voorzieningen

Een heel fijn huis met heerlijk binnen zwembad en jacuzzi. Vlakbij is ook een riviertje met strand waar je ook kunt zwemmen. Veel speelgoed voor de kinderen. Het tweepersoonsbed ligt wat hard maar er lag nog een topper waardoor dat opgelost was.

Excellent séjour,

Notre séjour en famille a été tout simplement parfait, de l'accueil, la gentillesse, et la disponibilité de Sylvette et Christian au cadre et aux espaces qui nous sont dédiés. Nous étions comme à la maison, de nombreux jeux pour les enfants, la cuisine est entièrement équipée, la chambre des parents avec la salle de bain intégrée est très agréable. Nous avions le Jaccuzzy, la piscine et le terrain parfaitement paysagé à disposition également. Son positionnement surplombant la vallée participe grandement à la sublime vue magnifiée par la terrasse. Nous recommandons bien sûr vivement cette adresse et reviendrons dès que possible.
