"Great stay from start to finish! The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and the food was excellent. I especially enjoyed the delicious local breakfast. A special shoutout to the night staff—Rhessa, Dante, Serena, Natalia, Marlic, and Ellis for their outstanding service, friendliness, and attentiveness. The morning staff were also fantastic and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful experience with great people, great food, and great service. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"The first ocean front 2 bedroom I checked into had a very strong musty smell like mold. I asked to be move &, they were able to accommodate me into a deluxe 2 bedroom. The view was not the same but it was much larger & I enjoyed my stay. I ate breakfast there once to go for $25 & enjoyed wings & rum punch @ the pool. It was delicious. Staff is very nice! I'd stay there again."

"Nous avons passé quelques nuits extra à Scotts HeadL'hébergement est nickel, très confortable et propre, tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. L'hôte est arrangeant et sympathique. Jerry, qui nous a accueilli, est très disponible et efficace.Le petit village de Scotts Head est pour moi un des plus beaux de l'île de la Dominique. Des habitants chaleureux, une ambiance paisible et déconnectée de l'agitation du monde. Notre réveil à été bercé par le chants des multiples coqs et poules qui se promènent dans le village et au milieu des barques de pêcheurs tirées sur les galets. Et le soir les multiples bars et restaurants s'animent de musique et les habitants se retrouvent sur le bord de mer... La maison est située un peu au dessus du bord de mer, la vue depuis le balcon est tout simplement magnifique.Bref, nous avons adoré et nous reviendrons"

"Très belle villa, qui est bien situé dans l'île pour tout visiter. Elle est très bien équipée avec la climatisation dans les chambres et des ventilateurs ailleurs. La terrasse couverte est top pour manger dehors par tous les temps. Le bbq est bien agréable et la piscine un gros plus.Nous avons rencontré Ryan qui est vraiment adorable et qui est de bons conseils pour les lieux à visiter ainsi que les restaurants sympa. Il est disponible très facilement par message si besoin ou pour une question particulière. Le quartier est calme et la literie est bonne. Bref à recommander sans soucis"

"We had an amazing stay at this resort in Dominica—it truly felt like an escape into nature. The views were incredible, and the whole setting was peaceful and refreshing. One of the highlights was the food. Every meal was outstanding, and Chef Damien made the experience unforgettable. You can tell a lot of care and creativity goes into each dish—it was easily some of the best food I’ve had while traveling. The staff was warm, welcoming, and clearly proud of their country. They loved sharing information about Dominica, from local culture to must-see spots, which made the experience feel even more personal and meaningful. Laerie took such good care of us at breakfast and lunch, remembering our likes and dislikes, and sharing interesting information about the food and property. Visiting the open air spa is a MUST! I had two massages, which were the best I have ever received! Noreen is fantastic, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. We'd definitely come back. Book a visit now, you will be so glad you did!!!"

"I booked a 10-day stay over Carnival (MasDomnik) at Pinnards Mountain Resort, and it was such a refreshing scenic escape. The mountain views and peaceful atmosphere truly gave that relaxing “getaway” vibe while still being close enough to enjoy the festivities. The shuttle service was a great option to take advantage of, making getting around much easier. The swimming pool was lovely and very well maintained, and the complimentary pool toys were such a thoughtful touch. The restaurant/bar is convenient, and you can pre-order or enquire in advance about opening times, which was helpful for planning. My room was adequate, clean, and felt safe, there was night security present and staff on site, which gave extra peace of mind. Communication via WhatsApp was really helpful and made everything smooth from booking to check-in. All the staff were professional, friendly, and very accommodating throughout my stay. I would definitely consider another stay in the future. Special shout out to Ms Warrington for the support when needed. "
