Overall good

The house is spacious and very well located in a calm neighborhood. It has a very large living room and three bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. Overall the place is beautiful and you can cook and hang out outside or indoors without being stacked on top of each other which is perfect for rainy days. However, we missed some smaller things in the kitchen (there were only 2 bread knives and a single kitchen towel), the sun umbrella was broken, and the sink and shower drain were pretty clogged. Moreover, we had quite a bit of trouble with ants and the place is definetly not for spider phobics, but that is of course not the fault of the host. Yannick was helpful and always responded quickly to our requests. We'd definetly recommend the place for up to 2 families with 2 children respectively (we were 2 families with 3 children in total). Thanks again for hosting us.

La maison est très bien, spacieuse et il y a tout le nécessaire. La chambre avec dressing, au moment de faire le lit, protège matelas tâché, le matelas avec grosse tâche jaune, les oreillers (tous) sont sales, jaunes, la couette n'était pas non plus nickel. Les extérieurs et la terrasse auraient besoin d'un sérieux entretien. Gazon pas fait, haies et arbustes non taillés, la forêt vierge vraiment. Le reste bien.

Super Haus, super Host

Schönes, großzügiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung und schönem Garten. Fußnähe zum Strand. Soulac bietet sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Strände sind erfreulicherweise zumindest ab Mitte August nicht besonders voll. Für kleine Kinder sind die Terrassen zu abschüssig. Mit älteren Kindern wunderbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The perfect holiday home

Yannick's house is a truly lovely place to stay, and we had a great two weeks staying there. It's in a tranquil area of Soulac, but close to all the amenities of the town and the beach. The house has been renovated to a very high standard and has a great kitchen with everything you would need. The garden and terrace are perfect for eating out, or just chilling with a book. It's a great find.

Villa très agréable, entièrement rénovée au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison (1 semaine au mois d avril 2 adultes et 2 enfants et même 4 adultes pendant 3 jours ) L accueil est parfait et la maison très propre. Tout à été rénové dernièrement et l'équipement très complet et récent. La maison est spacieuse et lumineuse, les extérieurs sont bien entretenus et équipés (table, balançoire). L'environnement est extrêmement calme. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et font tout leur possible pour rendre le séjour agréable. La seule remarque que nous avons pu faire est sur le fait que les serviettes de bain contrairement aux draps ne sont pas fournies et nous ne les avions pas prévues. Étant donné l attention portée par les propriétaires à leur maison et à leurs locataires, nous ne doutons pas que cela sera modifié ou indiqué plus clairement dans l'annonce. LB

Très bon séjour

Merci, votre maison est charmante, bien équipée, bien décorée, bien située pour rayonner vers la plage, le centre et partout sur la pointe du Médoc à vélo. Nous avons pu profiter de belles promenade grâce aux vélos que vous nous avez prêté. Un grand merci. Le temps n'était pas vraiment avec nous aussi nous aurions apprécié un feu de cheminée, peut être la prochaine fois ;-) Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir ! A bientôt
