"Very welcoming to us and had to come back to the hotel to check us in as we arrived late on day of arrival. We were told we had to inform them of arriving after 8pm but this was not mentioned in our Hotels.com reservation. The following morning reception called us to offer us advice on the surrounding area as we did not have any time during a normal check in process. I thought that this was a very nice touch.
