"We had a stopover night here. Great place unfortunately there was no menu in the restaurant so we were suprised when they charged 200 MAD for a three course menu we did not order"

"Hote mal honnête qui veut nous faire croire que ce n´est pas possible au prix fait par expedia,qu´on doit payer plus. Par la suite on nous dit qu'il n´y a plus de chambre comme on a demandé et qu´on doit prendre la suite royale (on est dans village perdu ici et dans un vieux riad qui tombe en morceaux) Finalement apres une discussion corsee, il y a des chambres et ok elle nous laisse le tarif expedia !!! "I can't fault the place other than after ringing the bells, telephoning and banging on the big metal gate I could get no response. I nearly gave up after half an hour but I persivered and asked for help at a nearby shop. I was the only guest but they cooked me a tagine and got me breakfast too. Very nice place and room. Once I got in all was good."

Don’t be surprised when street pavement ends 15 meters before the gate, nobody answers and have to chase down property manager’s direct phone number from neighboring residents. "The property is in a great location within walking distance to Souk El Had, which is exactly what I was looking for. It does need updating as the rooms are very outdated, but were comfortable. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. There is however a manager that is usually downstairs that could be a bit more professional. "The property is quaint and clean, as it is a newer facility. The staff is young and eager, so I tipped everyone GENEROUSLY. While they are listed on Expedia, they do not accept payment through Expedia and do not honor the prices. Check-in was eventful, as they insisted they did not receive payment via Expedia.
