Le Gemmeur - SOUSTONS

Here you are in the countryside, in the charming and very pleasant neighborhood of Soustons, nestled between forest and fields. Le Gemmeur gîte is the first gîte we created. In renovating it, we wanted to restore its character as a beautiful Landes-style house. We look forward to welcoming you to our former farmhouse for a stay during which we will be happy to guide you in your exploration of the Landes region. Of course, once you're here, it would be a shame not to enjoy the ocean... This independent gîte comprises: a kitchen a living/dining room with a wood-burning stove a bathroom a separate toilet 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and a single bed, the other with a double bed and a cot) and a mezzanine (one single bed). For your comfort, the gîte is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, laptop, freezer, microwave, flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove, and electric heating. (First stere of firewood free in the off-season.) A private, enclosed garden features a covered terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, a courtyard, a swing, and a pétanque court. The cottage is located on a former farm. The nearest neighbor is 30 meters away.
