"Staff was helpfully, room was small and very basic, no AC. The hotel offered transportation which was very helpful. They also offer tours which we did. The hotel has a restaurant which had very reasonable prices and the food was good."

"Absolutely would stay here again. Loved it, beautiful, has heart, feels luxurious and can cater to Western tastes but also very low key and authentically Guatemalan. Lake is incredible. People were wonderful. Frogs and monkeys were adorable. Stay here!"

"This was the best stay ever! This property is fantastic! It has a very tasty restaurant, caring staff, a nice pool, and its location in Tikal is amazing! One of my favorite things about this hotel was how the wildlife was right outside your room! I saw birds, monkeys, and pizotes. This hotels location was perfect to enjoy the parks- I booked a sunset tour with the hotel which was also AMAZING! This hotel was an entire experience in itself and I am so happy I was able to stay here."
