“The house was cute and well built so was very quiet even from room to room. The location was perfect as we could walk for bagels or to the pharmacy and the grocery stores were close by and wasn’t far from the places we wanted to go. We had no issues, everything was what was promised. We would gladly like to stay here next year!”

There are a lot of restaurants and cafes very close by, and it's quiet at night despite being off of a main road.There were a few hiccups though during the stay- the water temperature seemed to fluctuate wildly especially when taking a shower. “Great central location to downtown and UVM. Included parking space was a HUGE bonus - no worries about street parking. Walking distance to several shops and restaurants, and the waterfront. Will definitely book this place again as it is the perfect size and around the corner from my daughter’s apartment. ”

“The bed is fantastic. Very comfortable and the air conditioner in the bed room works well. There really isn't air conditioning in any of the other spaces. There are just a few things to be aware of. The stairs into the apartment are very steep if you have a heavy suit case or if you have any sort of disabililty. The shower is very small, so if you are a bigger person it might not work for you and the furniture is not comfortable. They provide coffee which was nice. It's located in the old north……

“Good little apartment. I was visiting my son for the weekend and was it was also graduation weekend for VT. This apt was great. Exactly as described. The apt was cleaner than the entrance/hallways in the building which was a relief. Kitchen was well stocked and most importantly the bed was very comfortable.
