“As far as amenities and friendliness of staff- it’s a 10 out of 5. This hotel is newly opened and the amenities and staff are awesome. You can tell they’ve put some effort into updating amenities. However, the noise from the street is SO loud. There was a spider in the room. We only had two towels, though 4 can stay there. I was told they’d deliver sheets and pillows for the fold out couch which never happened. The tv wasn’t plugged in, but we couldn’t move it to plug it in (it was big). The……

“The breakfast was nicer than usual. My only concern with my stay was that one of the elevators was concerning--noises, smells, grinding to a stop. In fact, I saw staff members send it away and push the button again to get the other elevator instead. That's what I did. I was on the 4th floor so was on the elevator several times a day.”
