The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults but would also be great for a family or two. Everything was clean and it was nice to have the fire pit on the back patio as well as the basement ping pong table and a nice living room to watch TV. We would stay in this house again.

Beautiful clean property well situated to enjoy with many people. Minor drawbacks are early checkout time (9am), & street is not paved (hard for kids to navigate on bikes). Not a bargain, but nice for what you get.

Perfect for wedding weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming home for a friend's wedding weekend! Perfectly located and spacious for multiple guests. We loved the outdoor space, grill and fire pit! Very clean and easy communication with owner. Highly recommend!

Stay at Scoot Away

I will start by saying that the folks at Del Mar Vacations, the property manager were fantastic! We had a number of issues and they dealt with them immediately. What we were unhappy about was the general condition of the property and specifically, things like lights not working, poor condition of the grill and difficulty using the "smart" TV. And while we knew the property was tucked away in a residential area, we thought we'd be a bit closer to water. No such luck.

Extremely Spacious and Comfortable

We had an amazing week at this property in Chatham. The house was stocked with everything we could ever need, had fabulous decor and had tons of extra space. We will definitely be renting again!

Loved this house!

We loved staying at this property. It was incredibly clean, well appointed and nicely located. There is plenty of room in this cape for all; a big family or 3/4 couples. There is a game room, a fire pit, and an outside shower that all added to our stay. There is a management service involved and they require an extra fee. We didn't need to get in touch with them for anything, but their contact information and book of instructions were available if we needed them. I would recommend this rental to anyone who wants to be near beautiful Chatham, but a little out of the way of all the traffic. We had our choice of visiting two local beaches with plenty of parking. Hope to visit again.

The Church Bells are Ringing

Stayed here for my cousins wedding with the bridal party and we had a blast! It was only 10 minutes to Chatham Bars Inn - but we saved a bundle and had our own private space for the family. Highly recommend!

bring your bikes - just a 5min ride down the quiet Pleasant St. to get to awesome Nantucket Sound bay beach. Kids loved it!

Dog Friendly - and big enough for my family!

We loved this home - it is our new 'go to'. Not many places where you can have a large family like ours and bring your dog. Even fewer that are AS NICE and CLEAN as this vacation home! Owner & Del Mar Vacations in Chatham were both very nice to work with!

Large Family Escapes to Chatham

We never can find a place large enough for my family - until the Chatham Charmer! We're so glad to have found this home. The pictures don't do it justice - so much nicer and more updated than it shows. We loved kicking the kids to the basement nightly so we had our own space...and they loved the game room! Coming again next year for sure - thanks!

Basecamp for ferry to Nantucket

We wanted to see much of the Cape and Islands...surprised to see how convenient this home was to Nantucket (just 10 minutes to the Harwich Fast Ferry!). We've already rebooked for next summer!
