Great place for a large group, awesome pool!

This home was great, the pool was fantastic and kept nice and warm for our arrival. The house has plenty of large bedrooms / beds and was perfect for our extended family stay. Steve was very friendly and communicative throughout the process. While it's not walkable to the beach, it is a good central location to a lot of the Cape, we had no shortage of restaurants to eat at or places to visit and the beach is a short drive. This is also a good location if you are looking to bike the cape cod trail!

Fantastic Family Vacation

The property has lots of bedrooms and downstairs for adult games at night so you don't disturb the children while sleeping. We were very happy with the pool which was fantastic. We are looking forward to another stay next year

Wonderful Week

We had a wonderful week at this property. The house was spacious, and clean. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the salt water pool was clean and the perfect temperature. All the bedrooms were large, with the 2 on the top floor having individual air conditioners keeping everything cool and comfortable. Steve, the property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. It was just a perfect week!!

Perfect for multi-generational family vacation

This house had plenty of space for our large multi-generational family. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and the outdoor shower is a big plus on beach days. The location meant that all vacation activities were readily accessible. And the pool helped keep the children occupied when the adults were wiped out. The manager was responsive although we had no issues at all with the house. Kitchen is well stocked so we saved some money cooking dinner a few nights (including a lobster night!) and breakfast every morning. The yard is very secluded and private and we had no issues with the neighbors. It’s not the most walkable neighborhood on the cape, but there are some great restaurant choices and ice cream nearby. In addition to the the other cape activities, it’s a short drive to Mayflower Beach, which IMHO is the best beach on the cape.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool was such a hit with the grandkids. It was warm and clean. This house was amazing. It had everything we would need. There was lots of room to spread out. the basement was a one bedroom apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and a full bath. There was a ping pong table ion the garage that the kids (and adults) loved. The pool was an excellent plus, as the weather was warm, and we didn't go to the beach every day. There is Princess beach close by, it's small, but it wasn't crowded. (It's at Scargo Lake) We went to Mayflower beach, (if you go get there early as parking fills up) It does cost 35 to park. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our family!

The house was beautiful and clean! I’m amazed that we found a house big enough for all of us that wasn’t $20,000 a week! The pool was very refreshing and we loved the salt water.

Plenty of Room

We are repeat guests. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, loved the pool, short drive to Corporation Beach, and walk to the pond. We spent a lot of time on the Cape Cod rail to trail bike path, a short drive away. Property owner is super easy to reach and very responsive.

4th of July Tradition

Our family comes to the Cape during the week of the 4th. As we have grown in size, we have needed bigger homes to rent. This property provided lots of spaces to be together or not together! The kitchen was perfect as we rarely go out to eat. The pool was awesome to come back to after being at the beach! The entire property is extremely well maintained and spotless! Also, Steve was very attentive- always picked up the phone when I reached out with questions.😁 We look forward to our next stay!

Perfect house for large family getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We are a large extended family group ranging in age from 1 to 81! The house is even better than the vrbo listing and photos. Each bedroom has very nice furniture with dressers to unpack and there is plenty of space for everyone to relax. The owners take care of the home, you don't feel like you're in a rental. We appreciated the AC as our week was humid. The third floor is a great space for teens/college ages and the basement is really its own apartment, perfect for families with young children. The pool is also great - the electric cover keeps it warm, clean and maintenance free for the renters. It was very nice coming home from a day at the beach to the pool. Corporation and Mayflower Beaches are a short drive or bike ride away. We recommend Mayflower - $30 day per car, lunch/snack shack and restrooms. Steve, the property manager, was extremely helpful prior to and during our stay. He made sure everything was to our satisfaction and responded to our text within minutes when we had a question. I highly recommend this property! The only cons, as indicated by prior reviews, is that you really can't walk anywhere as the house is not in a neighborhood and there is a neighbor who complains. Our group was sitting on the deck at 9:30 on a Saturday night and the neighbor complained of noise. These are minor issues and did not take away from this incredible house in any way. We look forward to renting this house again!

The house and manager Steve were both great, he was available a few times when we had questions and cleared it up. We wish the house was on a better street for walking but we understand it is what it is. Otherwise great area and nice to be between all the towns on the cape.

Wonderful House for Multiple Families

This was the first year we combined four families into one house - and this was the perfect house for us! - The space is great, with a full suite in the basement and several bedrooms. - The pool was nonstop fun and kept the kids entertained while we were home. - Air conditioning!! It was 90+ degrees during our stay! - Beautiful yard with a fire pit. - Walkable to ice cream.

Better than expected

This property was perfect for our family of three generations. The pool was lovely and well maintained, with plenty of lounge chairs. The property grounds were very private and more extensive than I assumed from the pictures. There are trees all around the property, so while you might be able to hear neighbors, you can't see them and you feel very secluded. The only downside was that the two bedrooms on the top floor (one King, one Queen) did not have a bathroom on that floor, and because the two double bed room has an en suite bathroom, that meant the second floor main bathroom was for 4 bedrooms. However, we did not have a problem with that, especially because there is also an outside shower. The third full bath is in the basement (half bath on first floor). The basement is an apartment unto itself, another unexpected plus. Also, the temperature in the house, including in the third floor bedrooms (with the help of additional air conditioners provided), was just right. Everyone was comfortable. We had perfect weather, so did not use the ping pong table in the garage, but would have if it rained. Location is also very good -- short walk to the local pond beach, short drive to Corporation Beach on the Bay, but frankly we spent most of our time either biking (from the house or a short drive to the Cape Cod Rail Trail) or hanging out by the pool. One day we drove half an hour to an Ocean Beach, and one day drove an hour to P-Town. We would love the opportunity to rent the house again next year.
