「The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, both in the planning and during our stay. We were a large party, in four rooms, and they worked to keep us as close as possible, even though we had different check-in dates. The room was more spacious than anticipated. The location was fantastic as well, with shops, a few restaurants, mini golf and the beach all a short walk away.」

It was very uncomfortable. For some strange reason, there was only a flat sheet on the bottom that kept shifting during the night. And the pillows were so flat that they were also extremely uncomfortable.」

「The Staff was very nice and hotel is within walking distance to the beach. However, my room was not satisfaction. The night lamp in my room didn’t work, I had no sunlight on one side of living room because the blind on one side was broken, the outside patio furniture was dirty, so I could sit outside in the morning, and the cleaning staff never came to clean the room. I came for a long weekend with a group of people and their rooms were nicely decorated with upgrades. Yet, my room had bare decor...

It was exhausting and exasperating.Any other room that may have worked had not been cleaned???Not sure why all rooms aren’t cleaned at checkout, regardless it was an unfortunate experience .」
