"It was nice stay"

"Elevator was broken and the receptionist didn’t even tell me. She just stood there while I pressed the buttons and said nothing while I waited with all my heavy bags after traveling seven hours to get there. WiFi didn’t work, lighting throughout the hotel is terrible, breakfast was disgusting beyond words, and customer service was non-existent. No amenities and none of the exterior doors closed securely."

"The free breakfast was cheap and dry. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. I’m not sure what process the room goes through when it gets turned over. It was clean. Lots of parking, but other than that it was okay."

"I stay at the hotel approx 1 time a month. In the last 4 months the shower had no hot water. The first time I figured it would be a problem that would be solved. Unfortunately it happened again. I spent 20 minutes at 4:30 in the morning trying to get the shower warm. It is pretty hard to be happy when taking a cold shower at 5:00 in the morning. I like this hotel and the company but if this is not resolved I wont be back. "
