Terrible experience…..most dreadful customer service
What a shame to be writing this.
My wife broke 2 bones in her right foot and requires surgery. She fell at the top step of the stair leading up to the loft bedroom as the bathroom is downstairs. We spoke with 3 separate people at Vacasa who didn’t want to know and offered no assistance. We tried to change to a property with a bathroom on the same floor as a bedroom but nobody was interested. The house itself was dusty. ( I have photos if anyone is interested?)
The parking areas were dug up and dust everywhere and to cap it all I got stuck in the elavator and the cleaners had to help open the door. After that the elevator wouldn’t come up to the 3rd floor as the button didn’t work, so I had to go down one floor by the stairs to bring the elevator up to the 3rd floor so my wife didn’t have to use the stairs.
The whole experience has left us completely exhausted and we will never book with VRBO again and certainly never use Vacasa .
In my opinion the step at the top of stairs is a health and safety hazard and should be addressed as soon as possible.
The apartment is old and dated and the building complex is awful …it’s like being back in the 1980’s.
The worst thing is….nobody has trie to contact us and obviously nobody cares how my wife feels.
We left a day early from this property and stayed for the remainder of the week in San Francisco where we were treated wonderfully by the staff of the hotel,who did everything to make my wife’s stay as comfortable as possible
