This newly remodeled one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo at Lakeland Village Resort offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience & breathtaking surroundings. Relax in one of two hot tubs, dry saunas, a fitness center, a lodge pool, a lakeside pool & children’s wading pool (open during the summer months). Situated on the second floor of the main lodge, this condo offers convenient access to elevators, saunas, the fitness center, lodge pool & hot tub & underground parking.

This home can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and up to 1 child under 13 years of age; this applies 24/7. It offers comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 3.

Lakeland Village Resort is ideally located on the south shore of Lake Tahoe, just one mile from the Heavenly ski area & within walking distance of diverse dining options, parks, shopping & the Ski Run Marina.

Lakeland Village lodge units provide an ideal location for guests seeking convenient access to nearby attractions. Being located near the main road, you may notice some ambient noise, though many of our guests have found it to be a worthwhile trade-off for the proximity to the area’s main activities. The unit comes equipped with a wall-mounted air conditioning unit to maintain a cool temperature during summer months, and additional fans are provided to enhance comfort. Please note, due to the layout, loft areas may feel warmer, but thoughtful cooling solutions are in place to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The bathroom features a combination shower/tub separate from the sink & vanity area.

Lakeland Village amenities include heated lodge pool, lakeside pool & kiddie pool, two shared hot tubs, a shared sauna, a fitness center, a beach, a picturesque pier, fire pits on the lakeside patio, & seasonal BBQs & boat buoys available first come first served. Lakeside pools are only open during the summer months. Cozy and Convenient Heavenly Getaway

A delightful and spotless little gem in a prime location, just a 5-minute drive to Heavenly. The place is fully equipped with everything you need, making it perfect for a stay with my son. It was so comfortable, we almost didn't want to leave! The property management is exceptionally responsive and easy to communicate with. We'll definitely be returning!
