Walking distance to Heavenly Tram

The location is fantastic. It's very close to Heavenly's California base area and an easy walk to the Tram and the World Cup lift. Parking is just outside the unit. The spa is only a few steps away. When we arrived the unit had not had a thorough cleaning: it smelled like pizza had just been delivered, the carpet was very dirty, and the pots/pan were not clean. The only reason I raised my review to a 4 star was the ultimate response to a couple of phone calls we made the morning after our arrival. Shortly after speaking to a manager on the second call, the carpet was steam cleaned and several of the pots were scrubbed. We booked this condo because one person in our party had stayed here last year. He said everything was clean and there were no issues with that stay.

Old and worn. Needs updates and many small repairs.

I wanted to love this place. But the following things made it irritating and way over priced. I contacted Vacasa asking about an adjustment to my fees due to these issues and received no reply. Even a future. credit would have been okay. First the broken things : 1) lock on slider in downstairs bedroom broken off. 2) downstairs shower has NO water pressure and leaks continually. 3) toilet runs and runs and you have to keep jiggling the handle to get it to stop. Maintenance did come out d look at it right away. Nothing changed- just needs a replacement of flushing mechanism. 4) light switch I. Master bedroom downstairs cracked off. Just a little nub sticks out of the light switch cover to turn on and off . 5) door stop in upstairs bathroom bent and inoperable. Door hits wall every time you open. 6) refrigerator seal is not secure - you must double push and shove to get door to stay closed. - need adjusted or replaced. 7) electrical socket in downstairs master bedroom does not charge any devices. Now for the old and worn - 1) bed skirt is ripped about 14” on master bedroom bed 2) pillows are old hard and horribly uncomfortable. I’m not looking for expensive down. Just maybe a choice or a newer fluffy one ? 3) carpet in living room and both bedrooms and on stairs is just disgustingly stained and dirty. 4) there are about 7 forks and 4 knives and 6 spoons. Had to keep washing even for the two of us! 5) towels are stained with brown spots on many. 6) blankets for bed Very smelly. Washer from small to wash them or I would have ! 7) not one cookie sheets to bake on ( wanted to bake cookies ) I have pictures I can upload for proof of all items. Overall very disappointing and not worth the price. Renter August 2021

Good, clean, 2 story condo.

The condo was good overall. It was clean and well equipped with bunch of extras. The only problem was the heater which was not working properly. The company sent a technician but he couldn’t solve the problem. I recommend the place.

So, the location of this property is perfect; a short walk to the aerial tram. The downsides: it is run down, with a really bad design: one bathroom downstairs with 2 run-down bedrooms, and a full bath shower upstairs. Only two teaspoons in the drawer. Property manager did NOT return texts or emails.

Cozy Ski Spot

Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Everything functioned properly. Was close enough to comfortably walk to Heavenly ski lift/tram. The gas fireplaces were icing on the cake!

Good option to stay in for a couple of nights

A little bit narrow for a family but pretty nice cabin to stay in for a few nights. Located in a quiet place among the woods. The office to check in is located in 15 min of drive from the property. In overall, the cabin has all we needed for a comfortable and safe stay.

Community hot tub

Other people were in hot tub passed midnight very noisy!. Rules state hot tub closed at 10pm. Called property management, they stated nothing they could do because it maybe owners. So renters must be peaceful and quiet but owners can do as they please. Next year I'll stay eleswhere

Hot tub

Other people use the hot tub passed midnight, even though the rules posted stated closed at 10 pm. Managment will not enforce the rules. Young adults partied, played loud music and drank well passed midnight. 20 feet from my bedroom!!

Cozy condo

This place was nicely decorated and very cozy. It is smaller than we thought, but it had everything you need and was perfect for four people. It was nice and clean. All in all, a good value for the money.

Loved the rental but...

Loved the rental BUT....the verification process was ridiculous....felt like I was being questioned my whole life story. It was absurd. But after arriving...it literally had everything we needed, it was calm and peaceful and relaxing.

Great stay

Great, clean cabin. Perfect size for the two of us. The hot tub was right next to our condo which was very nice. Had everything we needed. I thought having a brand new sponge still in the wrapper was such a nice touch! Very easy check in as well!

Cozy, comfortable, and convenient

Brought my parents and sister from the Midwest for their first skiing trip out west. We all loved the place. Photos as described and closer to the hill than I expected. Used the hottub every night which was very clean, despite being well used. Only complaint is there could of been some better utensils in the kitchen (no wooden spoons and the wine opener was hard to use). We were also offered an evening checkout for a reasonable fee since no one was staying the night after us. This made our trip even better as we were able to come back and relax a little after our last day of skiing before heading home.

Tired and dated!

The unit and contents were old and desperately need updating. Sliding doors didn’t work properly without a lot of force. Refrigerator door didn’t close properly. Location is good for Heavenly ski area. I’d give it a 2.5 if I could but the unit was clean with decent sheets and towels.

Good for the Price!

The picture makes it look bigger than it is. But, for the price it is good especially since we got it for the big Golf Tourney week and everything (price-wise) gets inflated. Couple of things about the Condo: The bigger full bathroom is upstairs with the living room/kitchen areas. The other bathroom is kind of "split" on the bottom floor which is where you enter the condo. The downstairs bathroom sink area is in between the 2 bedrooms. And the other shower/toilet is enclosed in a very small room of its own. Kind of interesting. I was expecting something different. The bedroom with the fireplace is larger than the other room, but if you base it on the overall sq footage of the condo, I should of realized it was going to be a smaller space. Luckily, we didn't spend much time in our condo, so the small quarters wasn't too much of an issue. It was overall very clean & no "smells", parking wasn't a problem, and the few "check-out" things we had to do (take out trash, start dishwasher & start load of towels) wasn't that big of a deal either. I gave it 4 stars & would possibly book it again in the future. Oh! it didn't have a can opener (at least that we could find) so you may need to take one with you!

Clean and comfortable

We had a lovely stay at this property. I was impressed by the cleanliness and quiet atmosphere in the neighborhood. The location is convenient to Heavenly Village, which was helpful for dinning and shopping. We were a little confused about how to operate the Roku and could not figure out how to watch the evening news or cable channels. Also, the smoke detector outside the downstairs bathroom went off anytime someone took a shower. Other than those two minor issues, we were comfortable and happy. If we could bring our small dog, we would consider returning to this property time and time again. Thanks for a wonderful weekend stay!

Great location with everything you need for a great ski holiday.

Perfect spot for a couple or family. The location couldn't be better. You can see the World cup lift and run from the living room! Fully equipped and very comfortable.
