“Exceptional service from the entire staff. The owner personally walked us around the entire property and shared valuable information about the area, which made our stay even more special. We were running late for check-in, but the front desk staff thoughtfully checked on us and waited to ensure we arrived safely.
The rooms were spotless, and everything was in perfect working condition. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The rooms had a cozy cabin-like feel, exactly what we were……

“I am willing to pay extra for this place because it is walk in to the gondola.
Except when the gondola doesn't run which seems to be about 50% of the time in my experience over the years.
No biggy, in that case we have an alternative: drive to the CA main lodge ... except surprise surprise starting this year you need to reserve parking ... and of course 'on the day of' there is no more parking available ... so Heavenly says take the free shuttle bus ! Except when the gondola is closed there is……
