“Exceptional service from the entire staff. The owner personally walked us around the entire property and shared valuable information about the area, which made our stay even more special. We were running late for check-in, but the front desk staff thoughtfully checked on us and waited to ensure we arrived safely.
The rooms were spotless, and everything was in perfect working condition. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The rooms had a cozy cabin-like feel, exactly what we were……

“I didn’t realize I had stayed here before, but you can definitely tell the rooms have been upgraded—they felt fresh and comfortable. The Ridge Sierra also shares amenities with another nearby resort just a few minutes away, and there’s a convenient shuttle that can pick you up anytime.
The indoor/outdoor pool was a lifesaver—it kept my kids entertained the whole time. They also offer activities for both kids and adults, which was a nice bonus. Plus, it’s only about 9 minutes from the gondola,……
