Great stay

Enjoyed the amenities, my kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. Short walk to the beach. Loved the covered parking!

Great location

The condo could use a deep cleaning forsure and a little updating maintenance work as well. There was not enough towels for the amount of people we had reserved for the condo. Also not enough toilet paper or paper towels. No cleaning supplies available to use during our stay. We loved the location. Very nice pool enjoyed that as well.

Great location, a renovator

The location with beach access, large porch with direct access to the pool was wonderful! The size of the condo was nice with 2 large bedrooms. Lovely people across complex. This place has potential but in its current state is outdated for the price tag and had minimal amenities (dish detergent for 2 meals, no trash bags, 1 roll of TP, 1 dish towel, etc). There’s old carpet at the porch threshold that needs pulling and tons of repairs are needed. A fresh coat of paint would help and new decor that had a theme vs hodgepodge of wall decor. The floor was sandy which is terribly hard to clean so door mats would help reduce that variable. We had a blast, but would look for something different next time. I’d love to buy it and renovate!

Nice location, so so unit

Location on the island is great, unit needs updating and is very bare bones (no can opener, no dishwasher, 1 roll of TP). Upon arrival, unit had a broken toilet seat and towel rack, and 1 out of 4 burners on stove worked. The manager was great and came to fix it all right away, very friendly and professional. The neighbor’s marijuana smoke came through the walls the whole trip, which is not fun and hard to know what to do with as a short term renter. The tennis court area is under construction. The pool, hot tub, and game room were great. Mixed bag for sure!
