“I was very disappointed with my stay. For the price I paid (almost $800 for two nights), I expected a clean, well-maintained resort room. Instead, we arrived to a room that looked neglected. There were several cleanliness issues throughout the room, and the conditioner bottle had visible clumps inside, which made me uncomfortable using any of the provided toiletries. It felt more like a budget motel than a resort. The next day made the experience even worse. We spent the entire day at the beach……

“It's a motel. Bedding, towels, body soap were missing from the room, which phone did not work. Housekeeping refused to make the bed, instead threw the bedding at me! Half the elevators are broken, so we had to queue all the time. The breakfast was the same as any ordinary motel. The a-la-carte food at the restaurant was gross, disgustingly greasy and the menu terrible. Noise and ruckus kept us awake all night despite complains. The pool was ok, but you have to walk the ENTIRE length of the……

“First time staying in this hotel and we were so happy with our stay. No complaints. The hotel was great as well as the staff. So many amenities, you didn't have to leave if you didn't want too. Great food options at the hotel and beach bar. Would definitely stay again!”

“Great location, budget friendly. It’s a bit small but great if you plan to spend most of your time outside. My only complaint was the lack of stove/oven as my wife and I like preparing our own breakfast.”
