The Space:

Have a comfortable vacation at our Los Cabos II unit #4. This small complex is

less than half a block from the public beach access. It includes 2 off-street

dedicated free parking spaces and a pool in the courtyard with sun loungers to

enjoy after a day at the beach.



Our first-floor condo is 1 level with no stairs and features a unique outdoor

patio with furniture and a gas grill for barbecuing. Please do bring a LP/gas

tank if you plan on using as it is not provided. The condo has all-tile

floors, granite counters, stainless appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen

with everything needed for family meals like pots, pans, dishes, etc. The

kitchen includes both an eat-in counter and a large dining table.



In our space you will find a master bedroom with a king bed and en suite full

bathroom for privacy, as well as a second bedroom with a queen bed and two

twin beds. Up to 8 guests can stay here though bedding is not ideal for that.

We also provide an airbed and pump in the closet; bring extra bedding if you

plan to use it.



A second full bath is located between the master and second bedroom, along

with a stackable washer and dryer for quick clean up. We provide a unique

e-lock code for your stay, so you don’t have to worry about keys. The living

room and master bedroom have smart TVs, and the condo has high-speed

internet/Wi-Fi.







Los Cabos II is located at 125 E Esperanza. Use an online map to see just how

close it is to the beach. At the end of the street are two well-known

restaurants, Blackbeards for seafood, steaks, and burgers, and Senor Donkey

for Mexican food and margaritas.



When you return from the beach, there's an outdoor shower for rinsing off

sand. Please note that no more than 2 vehicles are allowed, and a golf cart is

considered a vehicle in that count. This is a family-oriented property and not

designed for parties or unregistered guests.



We do offer off season discounts for stays over 4 nights Sept 2 to Dec 20th,

as well as active military & tackle football coach discounts. Just contact us

we would love to hook you up if you qualify.



We provide completely contactless entry via our E-locks, and operate locally

as South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island, TX 78597. Door

code is provided by 3 pm to the cell phone on file via text message day of

check in. Linens & towels are provided.



We do provide basic toiletries, soaps, trash bags dishwasher pods, etc -

though not replenished nor unlimited so please plan accordingly. While we have

the highest level of internet available from Spectrum, wifi connection on the

island frequently goes out – please make sure you are aware of this as we

cannot guarantee the ‘net’ – this is an Island 



Our City of South Padre Short Term Rental License is available upon request
