My family and I, including grandma, had a fabulous time here!! The house is even more spacious and beautiful in person. Super clean and perfect for 7 people. I picked this neighborhood because it was away from everything. There was some construction going on next door and across the street. This may bother some, but you couldn't hear any of it from inside and even when outdoors it wasn't bad. It was still very peaceful. Workers left around 5pm and the entire neighborhood was quiet and empty! Perfect for people who hate crowds, like us. We had the community pool all to ourselves and could walk through the neighborhood streets and not run into anyone. Just lovely for someone who enjoys this sort of getaway. I doubt it will be this way in the next few years as rental houses continue to pop up. We're just so blessed to have been able to make the trip at a time of year before peak season and before the area became popular. The beaches were also very empty. Easy to "social distance" if you're worried about that sort of thing.
The house was stocked with most all of the essentials. They provide you with almost a week's worth of shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. Towels are provided and they even had a bag of beach towels should you forget yours. If you needed more of anything you could easily buy a small supply at the local grocery store. Kitchen is stocked. Really you just need to bring the food you'd like to enjoy throughout the week and that is it. You could even come empty handed and buy your groceries once you get there. Express Check-in was awesome! Can't say enough about our stay. Would love to come back someday. Highly recommend.
