Relaxing get a way
The property was in an amazing location and in a QUIET area. We had an amazing day lounging by the pool and with a quick walk we were relaxing on the beach. I’d love to stay here again.

Great condo!
Condo was clean and spacious. Check in was super easy and convenient. Frank was very attentive. Short walk to the beach and coffee shop, market and restaurants all walkable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seascape. Extra plus that we're a block away from the beach.
Frank was quick on his feet at responding. The property was clean, beautiful, family friendly and accessible to the beach. We give it a Plus. Our kids said they don't want to go on a cruise next year-they want to come back to this exact same condo. Thanks again Mr. Frank for your kindness.

We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. It was very clean, so cute & cozy, a lot bigger than I thought it was! My kids enjoyed the space we had. And Mr Frank was such a great help in anything we needed. A must stay if you visit SPI! 🏝😊

Perfect Spot
Check in and Check out was easy. The place was clean and way better than we hoped for. Our family had an amazing time. The pool was great we had no complaints. We are looking forward to our next trip. It is a short ish walk from the beach seems long when you have exhausted kids. One beach entry that wasn't the side of wanna wanna was good too, even had a shower just in case anyone was looking for something to clean off the sand, helped us out a lot. Frank was amazing and informative. Look forward to coming back!

Very accurate listing
Our Stay here was amazing. The listing was so perfect and accurate. This is a third floor property it that was not a problem for our family. The place was very clean and beautiful plenty of space for our family of 5. The pool area was also very clean and well kept. Frank was amazing at answering all of our questions and helping when needed.

Awesome property. Frank was amazing! Provided everything we would need as far as beach toys, towels, dishes, soap bath towels, drying towels EVERYTHING. The 3rd floor didn't even bother us. The pool was cleaned and chairs sanitized in the morning. Everyone was so friendly and it truly felt like we were home. Close to the beach and eateries in walking distance. Can't wait to go back!

Clean property a short walk from the beach.
Booking and checking was seamless. The property was clean and had adequate logistics (cooking utensils, towels, kitchen appliances, etc). Bring your own bath soap and shampoo and a pair of ear plugs (in case the same group that partied at the pool outside our bedroom window from 9PM until 4AM show up again).

We had a great stay. It is a nice modern condo with a heated pool close to the beach. It was perfect for our family of 6. The only thing I would have liked was more bath towels. We had to wash them everyday.

Great location
Loved our stay. Spacious condo. Perfectly clean and updated and nice decor. Short walk to the beach. Balcony overlooks pool and courtyard. Pool wasn’t heated like listing said, at least not to a comfortable point for my husband and I to enjoy it. The kids didn’t mind the temperature though. Would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we were looking for!

We loved this stay! Literally the only downfall was it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator so be mindful when packing, but we were just fine using stairs! The pool was wonderful! Super short walk to beach access location! The condo was very clean & comfortable! Frank was super super nice and readily available for anything needed! Many nice stores & restaurants nearby! Definitely try out the drive thru daiquiri spot!! Blackbeards is a MUST! Thanks so much for such a fun & enjoyable quick beach trip!!! We will for sure be back!!!

This condo was perfect the pictures don’t do it justice! I know where I’ll be staying when I return to South padre! The only downside is it’s on the 3rd floor so pack light to make it easy on yourself

I enjoyed my stay and best part that the beach was in walking distance. Felt like I was at home but with a relaxing view of the beach and pool at the same time. The place was spacious enough for the kids and adults to enjoy themselves. The kids wanted to move in but unfortunately our stay came to an end.

Wonderful stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. It felt clean and safe. The decor was really nice and definitely brought the beachy vibes. We enjoyed that it was on the 3rd floor because it had a great view and felt more private being up higher. Would have been nice to have towels to take to the beach. We had to buy some at a local shop which ended up being $14 a towel! Also there was only one roll of paper towels, one trash bag, one small box of laundry detergent. Would have been nice to have more supplies in the unit. If I were to stay here again, which I would, I would know to bring my own supplies.

We had the best time. 3rd floor gave a beautiful view of ocean. Place was bigger and more stylish than pics showed. We were so pleased and comfortable. Huge patio. Quiet community. Pool was warm, and the walk to the ocean was maybe 2 blocks! We loved the tiki place at ocean for drinks and food options. Great responses to texts during stay. Not one negative comment.

Amazing Condo!
This condo is clean, comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay! Very updated, comfortable beds, updated appliances. The decor is tasteful and pleasing. My husband and three kids stayed for a couple of night and had a great experience. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach is within walking distance. It is a 3rd floor walk-up which did not bother us but if stairs bother you then this may be something to consider. We definitely plan to stay there again!
