「Clean and well taken care of. Communication was great!」

「We loved the walking distance to restaurants and breweries. The place was clean and check in was very easy. Plenty of parking available. Would come back!」

「Very clean. Great location. The management company were absolute top draw, they answered the phones immediately and solved any issues. We would highly recommend renting this unit/building.」

「Very cute and clean apartment. Comfortable bed. Had a great stay.」

「Neighborhood not that good.」

「We recently stayed in the condo for two days and have had a pleasant experience. We loved the views, and there atmosphere. We chose this property over a hotel because we love how it Mae us feel at-home. The property was clean, and it was quiet from neighbors. The traffic noise didn't;t bother us when the doors were closed, and it didn't bother us any when the doors were open. We highly recommend using them again, and will be staying again in the future.」

「Very prompt communication from host. It smells a bit odd in there. The host says it's from the pilot light in the stove and recommended opening a window. That didn't do much since the window is pointing towards the bedroom. The sink in the bathroom is VERY small. It's barely large enough to wash hands with much less brush teeth or wash face or shave. The internet provided by the host is also pretty fast. The floor is slanted up as you walk further in into the bedroom area. It is not level /...

「Pros: conveniently located, offered late check out, reasonably priced, fairly responsive host. Cons: didn’t supply any cleaning supplies - not even a broom (an issue with a full kitchen when you have an extended stay), uncomfortable bed & couch, the floors were dirty - my infant kept finding things on the floor including a piece of glass and his feet and knees were black on day one from crawling around. Very bright outside the bedroom at night because there’s no curtains and also loud because...

「Quaint, quiet apartment in a beautiful building. Great location. Plenty of parking. Great communication with the host. Will definitely be staying here again next trip to Duluth!」

「This property was lovely. The studio apartment was the perfect size for 1-2 people and I stayed here for 4 nights total while I was in between houses in the process of moving. It was a quiet, cozy and A/C filled apartment so it was the relaxation I needed before moving for good. Thank you Heirloom Vacation Rentals!」

「We really enjoyed this property. My husband and I had a quick change of plans with our Anniversary trip due to the weather, and this was a great find! The stay was fantastic! The pricing was even better and comparable to or better than any Local hotel. It was close to some unique shops, restaurants, and breweries. We weren't sure what to expect, since it was more like a studio apartment, but it was a great fit with all the amenities you need. The bed was comfortable, the property was clean, and...
