「The unit is the downstairs of an older house and you can tell in some of the details: creaky floors, uneven walls, etc. Overall, however, the unit is nicely decorated and furnished; it looks nice, is clean, and is a pleasant place to stay overall. The company hosting the unit did a great job quickly responding when we asked for Kleenex dish towels, and another pot - those things were delivered the same day. The only thing that would make me hesitate to stay here again was the beds. Both...

「Property description stated air conditioning. I may have missed it but it was a window air conditioner in the bedroom which did not help in the kitchen. Also the TV was in front of the same window. Thankfully the weather was not too hot. Property did have a fan but it was just as loud as the air conditioner. Otherwise good property to stay in, We would again, The crock pot availability was nice on vacation as well, came back from a day exploring and dinner was ready.」

「Cute house across the bridge from Duluth. Perfect for our mountain biking trip. We appreciated the central air and comfy bed after a hot day of riding, and the garage was a nice bonus for safely storing our bikes. While we didn't use it, the kitchen was well-appointed. 「Check in and communication was good. Good location to be near to many points of interest and activities. Property description should have been updated to reflect details of AC and status of garage. The AC was 1 window unit in 1 bedroom upstairs. It was not sufficient to keep sleeping area cool, even with the property supplied fans. The downstairs was completely un-air conditioned. This may not have been an issue other times of the year but it was exceptionally hot during our stay, and that is...
