Great place great location

The staff helped us get us back in our room after we'd gotten locked out. My toddler also managed to lock the bathroom door from the inside and close it from the outside, so we were all locked out. They helped fix the problem both times, within 5 minutes, and with a smile. Hotel was pretty small and boutiquey, which I didn't realize until we got there. Wish they had a restaurant and/or bar on site as there was also nothing open in walking distance and we got there around 11:30pm from our flight. Wished they put real cheese in their pre-made omelettes for the included breakfast, otherwise it was all the basics you'd need. Overall, the staff was very nice, very friendly, efficient. Everything was clean. But the hotel lacked some kind of wow factor, considering it's priced the same as a big chain hotel, like The Westin which does have on site bars and restaurants and pools and shuttles every 15 minutes, 24/7

The room was supposed to be a queen so we were surprised to see a double bed. One fork, one bowl, one towel…. It was ridiculous.

Family friendly; decent breakfast; good location

The complimentary breakfast was beyond what I expected. A full meal with many options to choose from. The staff was also friendly. We received an upgrade die to the rooms bathroom sink being clogged and looking like housekeeping was in the middle of cleaning. With a dirty rag on the counter. Nic view of the bay from the room. The tide was very very low seeing what world normally be water seeing just dust. The next morning the tide was back to normal.
