Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway! Nestled on a large private lot in the charming seaside community of South Scots Bay, this oceanfront cottage offers breathtaking views, peaceful surroundings full of wildlife, and easy access to the iconic Cape Split Trail.
This cozy yet spacious cottage comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families, friends, or couples looking for a relaxing retreat. The open-concept living area features large windows that frame stunning ocean views, allowing you to wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy incredible sunsets from the comfort of this modern post and beam lofted structure.
2 large private bedrooms with a queen beds
Additional Sleeping Arrangements include a queen loft, two twin beds loft, and a full pull out sofa bed with memory foam mattress.

• Beachcombing & Tides – Witness the incredible highest in the world Bay of Fundy tides right at your doorstep; short drive to other popular beaches including Scots Bay, Kingsport, Houston’s, Blomidon, Baxter,s Harbour and Hall's Harbour.
• Nature & Wildlife – A great spot to see seabirds, seals, and other wildlife while exploring the shore; cast a fishing line or enjoy paddling close to the shore.

Gorgeous home and view. Clean, comfortable, well set up and absolutely beautiful inside and out. Only thing we didn’t love, was the exterior video surveillance, it’s constant movement made it feel weird while having a nice family dinner on the patio.

A little bit of paradise with spectacular sunsets! This property is meticulously clean, beautifully built, artfully decorated and thoughtfully equipped. Information and communication was excellent.The cottage beach has tons of cool rocks at low tide, and the nearby Cape Split hike is fantastic. The cottage area is quiet and peaceful.We feel very lucky to have found this place!

We loved our stay, and only wished we could have stayed longer! What a beautiful and peaceful location right on Scot’s Bay. The cottage was immaculately clean. What a perfect set up the cottage is for a family or even two separate families or several couples. The cottage is so tastefully and creatively decorated and well equipped with everything you need. We fell in love with the place and hope to go back!
