「Newly renovated and beautiful. The hotel staff was amazing.」

「Todo bien, limpio, atentos. Solo estuvimos 1 día sin aseo en la habitación y 2 días sin jabón de cuerpo en la regadera, ni papel higiénico, tuvimos que comprarlo. Pero al reportarlo en recepción, lo corrigieron de inmediato y de buena gana. También tenía una fuga de agua la regadera, solo que eso por error no lo reportamos. Definitivamente nos volveríamos a quedar ahí.」

「I had that room for just one night and was so happy about that! First of all I had to pay $15 for parking. My room was facing the pool (I believe most rooms are), the noise level was overwhelming. But that wasn’t the worst of it, once I opened the door to my room I was hit in the face with nasty, moldy, old wet socks smell. There’s no carpet in the room and tiled floor was slippery wet from high humidity in the room. TV had 3 channels (although according to a card glued to the wall, it supposed...

「Everyone that worked there was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, plenty to choose from. The social hour snacks were also good plus three free adult beverages you can’t complain. The pool was clean & well maintained. My only problem was not really seating outside for smokers. Just give us an area away from the door with seating and we’re good. It really was a nice place to stay and like I said the staff was wonderful.」
