「Very nice little inn within easy walking distance of the best of Lincolnville - the beach, the pizza place and Dot's. The proprietor was at a meeting but gave me good directions when I called the number she left. My room was spacious and unique with lots of good touches. Better than average in room coffee and real mugs, a freezer on the fridge and a sort of living room area all were appreciated. I really loved it and will definitely return. 」

「The people at Youngtown Inn were incredibly kind and helpful. This beautiful 200 year old inn was an excellent choice. The breakfast is amazing, supper delicious. The only drawback were the stairs. Would highly recommend staying here.」

「Had the good old field of what we always called a "camp." Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and glassware, etc. The lobster processing facility made for a bit of noise and a pretty steady stream of traffic. A lot of trucks, from pickups to semis coming in and out. Didn't really bother us a whole lot but it might bother other people. Overall the view of the water was pretty nice except for the power lines and there's not much that can be done about that. Have to have electricity after all.」

「I traveled solo and it was the perfect respite. Check in is simple, Pilot welcomes you with a wagging tail and gives the grand tour. Having left my own furry friend at home, I was happy for his company. Furnishings are more updated than the photos show. I can't imagine anyone needing anything more than what this cottage provides. Mind your head when you climb the spiral staircase. I was grateful for the bluetooth speaker in the living room. This was a perfect solo stay, I'd recommend for couples...
