“Great family resort. Our grandkids loved the indoor pool and outdoor amenities. There were a couple of small issues but Kevin and his family were on top it, apologetic and fixed the issues quickly. Our cottage was very clean, well appointed with what we needed for our group on a 4 night stay. This family takes great care to make you feel welcome and comfortable.”

“Beautiful home but would not stay here again without some maintenence issues adressed especially with kids. Strong oil smell from furnace (had to air out home for hours before we were comfortable staying) and overwhelming carpenter ant infestation (broken dryer as well which was fixed during our stay). Property management was quick to respond to messages but at times did not take concerns seriously. It made the stay very stressful and no compensation back was offered. Great location and again……

“We had a wonderful time at this condo — the pool was a huge hit and such a nice bonus after busy beach days. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole stay feel easy and comfortable from check-in to check-out. The place was clean, well-located, and had everything we needed. “We travel to this area of Cape Cod almost every year and we love it! The location of this unit is good if you are okay with being a little bit off the water. Braemar is a quiet area. The pool is very nice and the sitting area in the back is peaceful. We do a lot of our cooking in and the kitchen could use a few upgrades. I wouldn’t say that I agree that it’s a well stocked kitchen but you can definitely make it work. You may want to bring a frying pan, some spoons, bowls and a full size coffee……

“The property turned out to be just as showed in the pictures. We found it clean with supplies, even though the list indicated that there will none (or very few). The location was perfect. “I was here for a solo work trip and stayed for 10 days. The cottage was the perfect landing spot. My only complaint is that I didn’t get to spend more time there! It was extremely well equipped in the kitchen, impeccably clean and included comfortable bedding. Prime location, easy access, easy booking process and fabulous host communication. Will definitely book this place again… hopefully with the whole family next time. Thank you Jean for a wonderful stay!”

“Nice quiet location in Wellfleet harbor. Enjoyed the sunset views and the tides coming in and out, saw some seals and my baby enjoyed collecting shells on the sand. The home itself is old and vintage for sure which I understand, but needs a deep cleaning and new coats of paint on everything which left the appearance of some areas a bit off-putting and neglected. We did have to bring our own sheets and towels which was fine but did take a lot of space in luggage so be aware of that policy- I……
