The balcony and view were beautiful. The bed had broken slats, the curtains were filthy, there was no reverse-cycle aircon. The medicine cabinet in bathroom was plastic. There was a section of wall decaying from mold in the second bedroom. The furniture was uncomfortable and looked like it came from an op shop. No linen, no hairdryer, no coffee or tea-making - which they did make known, but as it is called a serviced apartment I don't expect to have to hire linen separately and make my bed after a long drive. If I went to a serviced apartment in any city, it would provided all these things. No instructions on how to turn on the tv. Had to be out by 9am in the morning - after stripping the bed, taking out the garbage and loading the car down two flights of stairs to the car park. The apartment was advertised as luxury! It was anything but. The leasing agent was unaware of the problems - which I believe they should have been - they did refund me a portion of my accommodation cost.
