Also living room with a double pull-out sleep sofa and a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. Outside, the very private backyard features a spacious deck complete with outdoor furniture and a gas grill, as well as an enclosed outdoor shower, great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Great amenities are wireless internet, a/c, washer/dryer. Pet restrictions: no cats, non-shedding dogs only with owner's approval no more than 1 dog, with an added $100 per week pet fee. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
