Southaven Hotel with Pool

"Was locked out of my room due to door knob battery going dead and staff taking 45 min to get maintenance to come swap out batteries "

"They had “an incident “ that took employees away from their jobs. We arrived at 8pm and they told us our room was not ready. Then he said it was. There was an unknown substance splattered across the wall and the mirror. For the money and the notoriety I expected more. Not worth the money. "

"The area is conveniently located downtown. The room was small and the bed was really firm. The room was clean, but old warehouse feel."

"It took over an hour and half to check in, the rooms not what you expect them to be. The bed moves and make loud noise when you sit on it. The pool was freezing cold, I was told they would come check it but nobody came. This was my second time at this hotel and I had an horrible experience! "
