Graduation weekend

My family stayed at this wonderful property on Memorial Day weekend . Fourteen of us came in for a graduation. We had a great time . The grounds are resort like and the house is immaculate . We will definitely stay at this property whenever we are in the Memphis area . It is perfect for all ages . We had ages from 16-85, and we all loved the house.

Great Memories Made

The home was amazing!! Since we stayed in the winter, we did not have access to the pool or the outdoor kitchen, but it would have been phenomenal. We made many memories in the theater room and were able to prepare wonderful meals in the well stocked kitchen. The manager Donna was available to help us with the remote situation and she was very helpful. They even stopped by to leave us highchair and access to the pack and play. It was thoroughly enjoyed by all. We played basketball and were able to work out in the Jim area. This place has so many amenities that they weren’t all listed. I can’t thank you enough for making these memories that may be our last time to see one another.

An Oasis

The pictures DO NOT match the real beauty of this house and it's amenities... There was MORE than enough room for everyone to have their own spaces. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were amazing, and the basement was an added bonus. The outside was RELAXING, plenty of places to just be. The house is located in a quiet community, noy far at all from shopping and food.I CANNOT WAIT for another reason to visit this little piece of heaven. And, the house manager was available when i needed her, and very knowledgeable about the home.

Family Birthday Getaway

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home. The photos don’t do it justice. The home is gated which provides privacy and safety. The house was beautiful, clean, and stocked with just about anything you could possibly need. My family of 18 stayed for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time. Each generation from my 5 year old nephew to my 78 year old mother raved about the house and the trip. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with beds for everyone! Towels and bedding galore. The gourmet kitchen was perfect for our large group. What you don’t see online is there is an additional “apartment” that you enter from outside of the back of the house which sleeps 6-8. The 6 young adult ladies in my family were able to enjoy a good old fashioned sleepover in this private space. The outdoor space reminded me of some of the most beautiful resorts I have visited with the benefit of privacy. The neighborhood is quiet. The pool was amazing! We can’t wait to return!

This property was more than we imagined it to be. We got the Wow Factor the moment we walked in! It had everything we needed and more! It’s in a great location, it has lots of space inside and outside. The owner, Barbara and hostess Donna are exceptional! They are genuinely good people! I am so grateful to them that they welcomed us with love! May God continue to bless them.

5/5 Beautiful, Clean and overall very Well done! Pics and written description does not do this property justice…. Everything from the spacious floor plan and well appointed quality furniture, to countless amenities along with numerous additional dedicated spaces, both inside and outside, this property delivered beyond all expectations! Although it is designed to accommodate large groups/families, there were plenty of cozy spaces designed for relaxing away from the crowd! Some of my favorite features were the multi layered outdoor decks for entertaining and the gym which included a two person infrared Sauna! I highly recommend this property for any occasion, especially for large groups! The owners were awesome and accommodating as well!

Great getaway house with pool!

Fun in the Sun

We spent a long weekend at this beautiful home near Memphis. The pool was a blast and the home was large and accommodating for 10 of us. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and Donna the property manager was kind and very responsive (as was the owner, Barbara). Do not hesitate to book.

Great holiday getaway!

This was the perfect getaway for a big family gathering! The house was gorgeous, spacious, and the absolute perfect setting for our big Thanksgiving gathering. We will definitely stay here again! The property manager and owners were so nice and very accommodating, the check-in procedure was so easy. Everyone enjoyed our time there, from the grandparents to the youngest child.

Was an awesome place for everyone!

Our entire group enjoyed the stay! Kids loved the zip line, pool, and trampoline! Plenty of space in a beautiful setting. Jearl and Barbara are amazing hosts! Can’t wait to come back again!

House was great for our golfing group. I can see this would be a great place for a multiple family get away and would recommend to any who asked. (Only critique...all other places I have rented over the years provided bath soap of some sort......there was none in any of the showers.....not a big deal.)

The Ultimate Vacation Home

Where do I begin? First, the owners are wonderful and gracious. The ENTIRE property is simply amazing. The house is very spacious with such beautiful decor. There was plenty of extra linen and towels. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything we needed was provided even down to insect repellent and sunscreen! The backyard was spectacular. Like a tropical paradise. We had a family barbecue with around 50 guests and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Between the pool, the zipline, trampoline, rope swing, wooden playhouse, treehouse, and waterfall there was plenty of activities as well. My family wants to travel there again just for a Staycation at this property. We loved it! I forgot to mention that the theater room was awesome entertainment for the kids . The really enjoyed watching movies and popping corn in the old fashioned popcorn machin

Very Beautiful Property

Barbara was amazing and her property was as well. We had 14 adults 7 children ages from 13 to 2 and this property fit everyone’s needs and more than enough space to sleep. The children has a blast on the zip line and the pool. We didn’t get a chance to utilize the tv on the pool deck area due to the WiFi strength was not strong enough to reach. All in all we had a wonderful time.

Great home - amazing amenities

Amazing amenities, great neighborhood, tons of room to spread out and convenient to plenty of nearby points of interest. Plus Barbara is super-responsive and very easy to work with. We’re looking at spending more time at this home next year for our family reunion!

Excellent Location

Owner and property manager could not be more friendly or helpful. They were quick to answer and try to resolve any issues that we had. Would recommend getting more eating utensils (only 3 dinner knives), if advertise a gas grill, make sure to supply the gas that is needed, and have the bedding available needed to use the sofa sleepers, blankets would be nice also. Location is close to Memphis and very nice neighborhood.

More Than Satisfied

Our family had a combined Graduation and family reunion. We needed a large place and we found it here. The amenities are outstanding and the house is beautiful. In fact our granddaughter was telling everybody she was staying in a "mansion". We did feel like we were in a mansion. The house is equipped with most anything you would need. We have another graduation in three years and everyone wants to stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

MORE THAN EXPECTED!

This property was incredible! Beautifully maintained and clean but more importantly, Barbara made us feel right at home. We were there for a graduation and had people from 72 yrs to 10 yrs old. Even though it rained, we were able to sit outside on porch and enjoy the sights and sounds. The younger boys enjoyed the pool, zip line, rope swing, basketball hoop and movie theatre and were never bored. Recommend this for large to small families. Absolutely perfect and just a short drive to downtown Memphis. Thank you Barbara!!

Absolutely loved our stay

I rented this beautiful property to host a surprise birthday party for my Mom. We had a small group of family and friends that attended. The age range was from 2 to 75 and everyone absolutely enjoyed themselves. My Mom was tremendously surprised at the the beauty of the home. She did not want to leave. She is hoping to plan another stay in the very near future. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful. And the outside is so relaxing and there is something to do for everyone. We had a speaker outside and my mom loves to sing karaoke and we did this on the upper deck while others sat below and enjoyed her performance. The layout of the property is great and very spacious, everyone had plenty of room to spread out move around. The property manager Donna was very informative and helpful when I had questions about the property during my stay. And the owner Barbara was absolutely amazing with addressing any issues we had and someone was there within the hour to ensure things were functional and working properly. The home certainly exceeded our expectations. You will not be disappointed renting this lovely property. The beautiful flowers were so nice and welcoming. The owners are amazing and thought of everything that you would need during your stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was a beautiful, and serene experience!

Wow! Words can't convey our true feelings regarding our stay at this property. We were greeted by Donna, the manager of the property, she greeted us in a very warm and respectful manner which made us feel right at home. She gave us an awesome tour of the property; the house was spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated.This property truly met our needs and purpose for coming together. However, we had a few minor concerns which Donna addressed immediately. We departed this home with a feeling of a lifelong connection. We pray that God will allow us to return in the near future. It definitely was a great experience! Thanks so much for accommodating us!
