“Was good”

“I stopped at the Edge property first two weeks of June 2026. The property itself is ideally situated with LK Metro and Soi Bukao approx. 3 - 5 minutes walk behind the property with lots of bars, restaurants and Live music. You are also right on Second Row where you can jump on a bart bus round to Walking street, beach road and the assortment of bars, restaurants and all that goes on there. There is also plenty of good restaurants and bars right on your doorstep. The condominium itself is……

“Very nice rooms and clean. Staff was responsive. Only thing that was misleading was that clients with stays that are less than 5 days don’t get access to the gym or the outdoor pools. This was not mentioned in the property listing.”

“整體不乾淨，廚房，碗碟，床鋪，廁所都有污漬。另外，物資給予不充足。最後，露台門完全鎖不到，相當危險。跟負責人反映後，沒有即時處理及正視”

“Staff for check in and cleaning were very nice and had great service. Free tuk tuk rides to places closeby. Communication over text and email was a little slow though. Room, pool, sauna, gym and changerooms were very clean but the steam room was under maintenance. Not sure why the pool lights turned off at 9:30 pm but closed at 10pm.”

“Very helpful staff accommodating the room we needed”

“The unit is spacious which is exactly what we needed, but we did not get the key on time as promised (there was a 30-minute delay), and the unit was not very clean and had other issues. We had to request the kitchen area to be re-cleaned, shower handle to be fixed, tissue papers to be provided…. One of the bathroom doors could not be locked and there are plenty of black moldy spots in the shower areas. This was the last stop on our two week long Vietnam and Cambodia trip, and it was the least……
