「What a wonderful historical charming hotel full of character. The owners go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the Fort Scott area.」

「This was a good, easy stop unexpectedly after the Colorado wildfires meant a detour in our trip itinerary. It’s a well maintained building, very neat, looks to have newer renovations, and very comfortable beds. The only concern was our bathroom appeared to have had a leak from above at some point. Maybe replace the tub and get some new ceiling tiles. You can tell they tried to fix it. Other than that, we were pleased with our stay and the accommodations.」

「The front desk help was so helpful and we really enjoyed ourselves. Hot tub in the room was very relaxing. The room and stairwell did smell very musty like mold.」

「Great hospitality all around! We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming again. The location was right by local shopping and restaurants. The bedroom was a nice size with comfortable beds. The breakfast was great as well with eggs, oatmeal, waffles, and other items.」

「Breakfast staff was so friendly. The breakfast was great too. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Our automatic curtain had fallen and maintenance was IMMEDIATELY sent to us. He was so courteous,especially since we were there for a wedding and had flowers absolutely EVERYWHERE. He worked carefully around them. Clean room, I loved the renovated bathrooms and the extra desk space and shelving.」
