"This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. "

"Stayed here over the weekend with my family it was in a very good area alot of food options and stores near by. Specifically booked this hotel to be close to OWA, & the 20 minute drive to the beach. what i do want to point out is the hotel staff were very friendly, nice people. i would rate the staff a 10/10, the breakfast was pretty good as well. the only negative i have to say about this hotel is cleaning. When we got to the room, the carpet was not cleaned or vacuumed. There was visible trash on the floor, and other small items that were left behind. The bathroom had blonde hair in the shower & on the sink and faucet. Not too much of an issue, but just something i think should be considered. Overall it really was a nice stay, and i still would visit this hotel again."

"We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spotless, and the lobby was clean, spacious, and very welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, especially the made-to-order omelets, which were delicious. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, and the views were absolutely incredible. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. A nice added bonus was the daily 5:00 p.m. cocktail hour, where each guest receives two complimentary drinks each night of their stay. It's a great perk that made our evenings even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Check-in was simple. My daughter got there before us due to a few accidents and slow-downs. The lady at the front desk called and verified that it was OK and allowed my daughter to enter, thank the Lord because we were delayed over an hour! Everything was clean. Room was amazing and beds were comfy. Breakfast was nice. Pool is indoors, and it gets HOT in the room. There was no ventilation. Washer and dryer on site, but its finicky and decides when it will and won't work. Decided it wouldn't work for us and when we told management we were told to dispute the charge with the bank. THERE IS A 24 HOUR LAUNDRY ACROSS THE STREET, my daughter said it was lovely and worked prefectly. There was a cracked (busted) floorboard in the room and some loose floor trim. Overall it was a good stay, and we'd stay again."
