「Clean room and facility. Good temperature control. No smoke smell. The breakfast was good, though crowded and out of stock of several items. Convenient access to Holiday World & Splashin' Safari. Our particular room had a bathroom with no fan or other ventilation, and a sign that said the door must be kept closed to prevent a fire. I don't know if other rooms were similar. A bathroom should have a fan or other ventilation system.」

「I had an issue with my window shade, not opening the desk. Manager came up immediately when she saw it wasn’t a quick fix. She immediately transferred me to a better room. She went above and beyond I was impressed.」

「Check in was a breeze -the staff was very efficient, The room was spacious and the king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and clean. It was great having the toiletries and hair dryer provided. Breakfast was included and it was great! Good variety of foods to choose from - waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea etc. You won’t leave hungry. I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking foe a nice place to stay in the Madison area.」
